Yes. All work is carried out by a licensed WA electrical contractor (EC17637) and we carry full public liability insurance. Licence details are available on request and shown on your invoice and compliance paperwork.
Yes, a call-out fee applies and it's confirmed with you on the phone before we're dispatched, so there's no surprise when the invoice arrives. For emergency or after-hours call-outs, we'll tell you that fee upfront too.
For genuine emergencies, we prioritise getting to you the same day. For standard bookings, we'll give you a realistic window when you call rather than a vague estimate, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
By the hour, because nobody knows how long a hidden fault takes to trace until it's found. Most straightforward faults turn up within the first hour. Once we know the cause, we quote the repair and you decide before we start.
Yes, a Certificate of Electrical Compliance is issued for relevant electrical work, and any required notices are lodged as needed. Keep this with your property records — it's often asked for by insurers, buyers and landlords.
We accept card, bank transfer and standard electronic payment methods. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote, and invoices are itemised so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Yes, workmanship is guaranteed on all jobs. Parts and equipment carry their own manufacturer warranty on top of that, and we'll explain what applies to your specific job before work starts.
